We had five outstanding preachers at the 2024 Sermon Slam held at Wesley Theological Seminary.

Stephanie Thomas-Gordon of Wesley Theological Seminary

Rev. Nicole E. Stratchan of Howard University School of Divinity

We also had a stand up routine of Brothers from the Dominican House who tossed trivia questions at the crowd, like “which of Solomon’s 700 wives (yep that’s right) is the only one to be named in the Bible?”     (ans.   Naamah)
