The Consortium welcomed over 70 students and religious house guests to the Opening Prayer Service and House Visits event on September 18 at St. Vincent de Paul’s Chapel, CUA.   The Prayer service, planned and lead by the Student Board was a moving collection of prayers, responses, hymns and readings.   The Dominican Schola provided sublime music, and seminarian Cody Ford offered a homily drawing on his own ecumenical story to fully describe Christian “rebirth”.   Thanks to all the planners and participants and the communities of Carmelites, Franciscans, Dominicans, Paulists, Benedictines, and Sulpicians at TC for welcoming students to their tables, evening prayer, and conversations.
