Oh God of hosts,

For those sick and afraid, may your word “fear not” reach their hearts;

For those ill and gasping for air, may your holy breath fill their lungs;

For those alone and dying, may your light shine in their darkness;

For family and friends who are helpless, may your rod and staff uphold them;

For health workers who fight for the living, may you be their rock and shield.
