I wanted to let you know that we have given the
first two Consortium Ecumenism Certificates.
Elizabeth Felicetti of Virginia Theological Seminary
and Karen McCorkle Thompson of Wesley received these
awards at ceremonies on their campuses these past two weeks.
A Consortium student must complete 12 graduate credits of study
in ecumenism to receive the Certificate [see the Consortium website for more
information–under what’s new].

Rumor has it that both recipients will soon be invovled in
ecumenical work in their churches.
