On February 17, I attended a moving speech by the Major Archbishop (or Patriarch) of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, Sviatoslav Shevchuk, at Catholic University. He gave a moving account of the integrity and hope among Christians in the nation during this war of Russian aggression. He called for solidarity with Ukraine and prayers among Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox believers in the U.S. A moving prayer service for Ukraine followed at the Ukrainian Catholic National Shrine of the Holy Family.
CBN hosted an amazing interview with Archbishop during his North American tour, in which he focused on the threats to religious liberty in the country. Click on the link for a few minutes with him.
