    Collection Highlights:

    The Wesley Library is a unique combination of traditional library, e-resource learning center and coffee shop.   It has a collection of over 175,000 print and non-print items, which reflects the intellectual breadth of religious thought and practice, with a particular strength is Methodist studies. The Library holds subscriptions to over 400 journals. The Reference collection is an open stacks collection that includes dictionaries, encyclopedias, indexes, abstracts, bibliographies, and other resources. The Library also has a collection of audiocassettes, slides, videotapes, DVDs, music CDs, and multimedia CDs on a range of topics. The Rare Book collection consists of rare Bibles, hymnals, and publications of certain historical figures such as John Wesley. The Godsey collection consists of books and documents from the personal library of Dr. John D. Godsey, Professor Emeritus, Systematic Theology. The focus of the collection is material regarding the German Church Struggle, 19th and 20th German Theology, Karl Barth, and Dietrich Bonhoeffer. Restricted collections can be accessed with permission.
