Join us for our 10th Annual Sermon Slam featuring the best student preachers in the Consortium!  It will take place Saturday, March 29, 2025, in the Dumbarton Chapel of the Howard University School of Divinity, 2900 Van Ness St. NW, Washington, DC 20008, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Students from Consortium schools will give robust homilies on a given topic (TBD). Here they will display the distinct traditions of their schools or churches, and their own personal styles will shine. Then, in a quick lightening-round the preachers will give a 2-minute energy-burst homily on a passage they draw from a hat! That is when their true personal style shows forth.
