Dr. Robin Apparicio is the Office Manager and Registrar at the Consortium. She draws on her experience as an educator and ministry leader to work with the community of Theological Schools and partners. As a thought leader, her research centers on aging, practical theology, and spiritual development. Connecting and learning from one another is vital in having and sustaining quality of life. She convenes an annual convocation for older adults with the DC Baptist Convention to reason and cultivate imagination that patterns what the beloved community of God can look like. In addition to her work at the consortium, she is an executive coach. She holds a Master of Science in Health Service Administration from the New School for Social Research, a Master of Arts in Christian Education from the Samuel D. Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, a Master of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Business- Organization and Management from Capella University. She is an Associate Minister at Covenant Baptist United Church of Christ in DC and has completed one unit of chaplaincy at Medstar Washington Hospital.
