  • Tachmindji Event: Religions and Peacemaking

    The Annual Tachmindji Event is dedicated to vital issues of inter-religious dialogue, currently focusing on interfaith dialogue and peacemaking.

    Schirch

    This year’s event features Dr. Lisa Schirch, from the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding of Eastern Mennonite University.  Dr. Schirch will address “Where Religion and Peacebuilding meet National Security,” drawing on her experiences in the Middle East and Afghanistan.   It will be at American University, School of International Service, on October 20 in the early evening,  and will include presentation, discussion, and a buffet.
