The Archbishop of Canterbury visited Virginia Theological Seminary on October 13 to consecrate their new and remarkable Immanuel Chapel and lead Evensong. The Presiding Bishop and Bishop elect were present, with notable dignitaries throughout the church. The day was filled with lectures by the architect Richard Stearns and the organ builder, an icon exhibit, and festive celebrations and food. The WTC arranged for representatives from the Reformed, Baptist, Lutheran, and Eastern Catholic traditions to be present for this remarkable day.
