A special thanks to the Ukrainian Catholic National Shrine of the Holy Family and to Bishop Bura, Fr. Hitchens, and Fr. Kharuk for hosting our year end gala.   A moving encounter with the prayer of the Eastern churches, a fine presentation by Fr. Mark Morozowich on Eastern Spirituality and Liturgy, and a wonderful reception of Ukrainian and other delights by our caterer Benjamin Judd.

This was a truly Ecumenical evening, with Roman Catholics (including a host of Paulists!), Byzantine Catholics, Greek Orthodox, Episcopalian/Anglican, Presbyterian, Baptist, and Lutheran participants.   We also welcomed Muslim and interfaith guests.
